Job Summary
We are looking for a Facilities Manager to oversee the maintenance and repairs of our equipment and facilities. This includes plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, heating and cooling, and other building systems. The Facility Manager will be responsible for overseeing the agency's facilities at all locations, including Division Drive, Clay Street, 4th Street, Robeson Drive, and Princess Street. They must ensure that they comply with all agency policies, as well as local, state, and federal regulations.

LINC is hiring a skilled and compassionate Facility Manager to oversee maintenance and repairs at our Wilmington campuses. This vital role ensures that all systems—plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, appliances, and grounds—are safe and functional. Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform routine inspections, clean facilities, and repair deficiencies under general supervision.
- Preventing issues from becoming larger is one of the measures.
- Provides residents and employees with workplace safety information.
- Installing, inspecting, troubleshooting, and replacing appliances and equipment are included.
- Maintaining facilities minimizes risks. Install, inspect, troubleshoot, and replace appliances, materials, and equipment in this role.

- Manage the facility's financial and physical resources.
- Perform minor repairs, s.ch as repairing broken locks, structural damage monitors the HVAC system for temperature control etc.
- Manage campus and agency grounds by trimming, edging, mowing lawns, and collecting and/or removing trash.
- Track inventory expenditures and keep records of identifying information.
- Manages office moves, supervises janitorial staff, and supervises resident teams during periods of facility assistance.
- Assist with a variety of projects, from electrical wiring to painting.
- Report resolved, ongoing, or critical issues to the MER Director, Resident Director, or Office Manager, related issues, to the Executive Director.
- Performs other related duties as needed.
Physical Demands:
- As a part of its essential job functions, this position classification must perform the physical demands described here.
- Lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, or otherwise moving objects can require up to 50-75 pounds of force frequently.
- Walking, standing, and sitting for extended periods of time may be required during this type of work.
- Sound perception, near vision, depth perception, oral communication, and manual dexterity are required to fill this role.
- Weather conditions may sometimes lead to hot, cold, wet, humid, or windy conditions.
FACILITY MANAGER (continued)
Minimum Requirements:
- Certification as a Certified Maintenance & Reliability Technician (CMRT) or high school diploma.
- Maintenance Technicians with two to five (2-5) years of experience.
- Service skills and communication and excellent time management skills.
- Minimum of a high school diploma (required)
- Working knowledge of the electrical, mechanical, HVAC systems and infection control, fire and life safety, safety, and security of residential control systems.
Preferred Requirements:
- Certified Maintenance & Reliability Technician Certification or related associate degree.
- Excellent time-management skills and experience in related fields.
- Exceptional knowledge of residential control systems, electrical, mechanical, and automation systems, infection control, fire and life safety, and security.
- Experience in residential/nonprofit settings.
- Strong interpersonal and training abilities.

Compensation:
