Role Description The Cleaner role is a full-time, on-site position based in Tampa, FL. In this role, the Cleaner will perform routine and deep cleaning tasks for residential, commercial, and short-term rental properties, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing kitchens and bathrooms. Responsibilities include removing trash, cleaning windows and surfaces, replenishing supplies, and ensuring all rooms meet company cleanliness and presentation standards. The Cleaner will follow established checklists, handle cleaning equipment and products safely, and report any maintenance or safety concerns. This role also involves punctual arrival at assigned locations, respectful interaction with clients, and adherence to company policies and quality expectations.
Qualifications
- Ability to perform core cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, bathroom and kitchen sanitization, and trash removal.
- Skills in organizing work areas, following cleaning checklists, and managing time effectively to complete tasks within scheduled shifts.
- Knowledge of safe use of cleaning chemicals and equipment, including basic understanding of health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Strong attention to detail, reliability, and consistency in delivering high-quality cleaning results in different types of properties.
- Ability to communicate clearly with supervisors, teammates, and clients, and to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Physical ability to stand, bend, lift, and move equipment and supplies for extended periods as required by cleaning tasks.
- Previous professional cleaning or housekeeping experience in homes, apartments, rentals, or businesses is preferred but not required.
