SUMMARY:
This intern is primarily responsible for assisting a Financial Planning & Analysis Consultant to develop models, forecasting tools and work on company projects.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Coordinate with Noel Navarro at RockyPeak, Inc. on quarterly forecasting model
- Update real estate cash flow projections for Harvest, Independence Apartments, East Area II and Limco Del Mar with future cash flows and Net Present Values
- Create 2 lemon models with Vice President of Farming: current state of lemons and future state of lemons trellised for Chik fil A business
- Support the Accounting team with daily administrative tasks
- Perform all other duties as directed by the CFO

- EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
Must have a high school diploma and Bachelor’s degree. Master’s Degree is preferred.
