Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Therapist based in Noblesville, IN, with opportunities to work from home. The Therapist will be responsible for assessing clients’ mental health needs, developing and implementing personalized treatment plans, conducting individual and group therapy sessions, and maintaining accurate client records. The role also involves collaborating with other mental health professionals and ensuring a high standard of ethical and professional client care.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in counseling, individual therapy, and group therapy processes
- Proficiency in clinical documentation, treatment planning, and conducting assessments
- Exceptional interpersonal communication, active listening, and empathetic understanding
- Understanding of mental health disorders, psychotherapeutic techniques, and evidence-based practices
- Familiarity with relevant ethical and legal guidelines within clinical practice
- Licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or equivalent
- Master’s degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or a related field
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team-based setting
- Experience with teletherapy platforms and digital communication tools is a plus
