We're a fully licensed and insured home renovation company looking for potential employees. The company specializes in interior/exterior renovations / construction. Demolition to Full finished renovation projects.
We are looking for employees with the experience and knowledge of a general contractor. Experience on framing , install / finishing of drywall, tiles, flooring etc.
WE ARE SPECIFICALLY LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WITH EXTERIOR RENOVATION SKILLS. THIS INCLUDES EXPERIENCE WITH PAVER INSTALLATION, RETAINING WALL BUILDS, DECK BUILDS , and VINYL RAILINGS
Pay is based on experience and expertise.
**Daily Pay Rates start from $120-$250/day; PAID WEEKLY, after the first week. However, there is a potential rate increase of $150-$250 per day based on performance and determination of the employee. Employee will be reevaluated for potential rate increase anywhere between 3-6 months from hired date.
Requirements:
**Must have own reliable transportation to/ from Roselle, NJ
** Owning basic set of tools for a regular day to day contractor is a plus (not required).
Upon hire the employee is expected to own their own basic set within 2-3 months from hired
