Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Specialist to join our dynamic team. The primary responsibility of this role is to qualify prospective franchisees and schedule appointments for the sales team to further discuss the franchise opportunity. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, possess strong communication skills, and have the ability to create a positive, informative experience for prospective franchisees. Franchising industry experience is preferred but not required.
Duties
- Engage with Warm Leads: Directly reach out and respond to inbound inquiries from prospective franchisees, providing them with essential information about the franchise opportunity and the company.
- Qualify Prospects: Assess the interest, financial capability, and suitability of prospective franchisees, ensuring they meet the initial qualifications for the franchise.
- Schedule Appointments: Coordinate and schedule meetings between qualified prospective franchisees and the sales team for further discussions and next steps.
- Sales Support: Assist in the overall franchise development process by ensuring timely follow-up and ensuring prospective franchisees are well-prepared for their meetings with the sales team.
- Monitor Sales Metrics: Track and report on the number of leads, appointments scheduled, and other relevant metrics to assess performance and optimize outreach strategies.
- Customer Service Excellence: Provide high-level customer service, ensuring that every prospective franchisee has a positive experience and feels valued throughout the process.
- Collaboration with Sales Team: Work closely with the team to ensure a smooth and efficient process from lead qualification to successful onboarding of new franchisees.
- Utilize CRM software, including FranConnect, to manage customer interactions and track sales activities effectively.
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer service, ideally from within the franchise industry.
- Familiarity with CRM software, particularly FranConnect, is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
- Strong customer service orientation with a passion for helping clients achieve their goals.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Experience in marketing or business development is a plus but not mandatory.
