Job Summary
The Franchise Onboarding Specialist (FOS) will ensure franchisee compliance and success prior to grand openings of new franchise locations. They will serve as a subject matter expert, guiding franchisees through site selection, design, construction, procurement, and technical integration. The FOS will serve as a conduit between franchisee and franchisor, using the operations playbook, internal knowledge base, and onboarding checklist to optimize new locations for success. The FOS will report to the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and collaborate with other members of the Another Nine team throughout the franchisee onboarding process.

Another Nine is the ideal indoor golf experience. Founded in Cincinnati in 2023, we built the city's first and only 24/7 indoor golf destination with all private simulator suites. Today, we're expanding nationally through company-owned facilities and franchise locations.
We're on a mission to create access to the game of golf nationwide and empower like-minded entrepreneurs to be successful owner-operators of Another Nine.

The FOS will serve as a conduit between franchisee and franchisor, using the operations playbook, internal knowledge base, and onboarding checklist to optimize new locations for success. The FOS will report to the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and collaborate with other members of the Another Nine team throughout the franchisee onboarding process.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as primary point of contact after a franchisee has signed their franchise agreement
- Weekly onboarding meetings with new franchisees
- Manage franchisee progress and track milestones from signing to grand opening
- Lead technical integration of connected devices to A9OS
- Coordination with outside vendors
- Regular reporting with leadership on status, progress, and opportunities
- Process refinement and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives
- Project management
- Strong interpersonal communication and relationship building
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and resourceful problem solving
- Ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong presentation and data visualization
- Responsive with good judgment and knowing when to escalate
- Familiarity or proficiency with tools like:
- G Suite (Docs, Sheets, etc)
- Notion
- Slack
- Generative AI
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2 years experience in project coordination, customer success, onboarding, operations, or franchisee support (preferred)

- $50,000 - $75,000 annual base salary
