What are the responsibilities and job description for the Franchise Onboarding Specialist position at Another Nine?
The Franchise Onboarding Specialist will drive the initial and pre-opening phases of new Another Nine franchise locations. This role partners closely with franchise owners, internal teams, and external vendors to ensure each location opens on time, on brand, and fully prepared for operational success.
This role will be responsible for guiding franchisees through the entire opening process by coordinating timelines, managing opening-related tasks, and serving as the central point of contact to A9 HQ across real estate, design and construction, training, operations, vendors, and the grand opening phase.

Guide Overall Process — Lead and manage the franchise opening process after agreement signature through opening and early stabilization; support through every phase including site readiness coordination, layout or operational reviews, and grand opening strategy development
Keep Owners on Track — Conduct regular consultation calls with franchisees covering timelines, milestones, training readiness, marketing plans, and opening execution
Internal Coordination - Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to ensure timely setup of systems, technology, and operational tools
Primary Point-of-Contact - Serve as the voice of the franchise owner, cultivating and fostering franchisee relationships; the first call for real-time guidance throughout
Keep Locations On-Brand - Ensure each location meets the Another Nine brand, operational, and readiness standards prior to opening
Tracking and Measurement - Coordinate and track all required training activities, materials, and resources for franchisees; identifying risks and proactively mitigating them, and maintaining accurate opening documentation, progress tracking, and reporting
Successful Opens - coordinate and track required training activities, materials, and resources; facilitate a smooth handoff to Franchise Success post-opening and initial stabilization
