Limitless Electric is growing, and we’re looking for a dependable, organized, people-focused team member to help manage our customer experience from the first phone call through scheduling and follow-up.
This role is ideal for someone who communicates well, stays organized, enjoys helping people, and takes pride in making sure customers feel taken care of.
You’ll Be Responsible For:
- Answering incoming customer calls
- Responding to texts, emails, and online inquiries
- Scheduling estimates, service calls, and installations
- Confirming appointment details and customer information
- Following up on estimates and open opportunities
- Communicating schedule updates to customers
- Collecting photos and project information before appointments
- Maintaining accurate customer notes and records
- Tracking lead sources
- Helping ensure the right customer, address, phone number, date, and appointment type are entered correctly
- Coordinating with electricians and field staff throughout the day
- Helping customers understand the difference between estimates, diagnostics, and scheduled project work
- Supporting the office with day-to-day administrative tasks

Experience
Previous experience in any of the following is helpful:
- Customer service
- Scheduling or dispatch
- Home-service companies
- Electrical, HVAC, plumbing, or construction offices
- Call centers
- Sales support
- Housecall Pro, ServiceTitan, or similar software
Home-service experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person.
