About The Role

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Production Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in supporting various production activities, ensuring that projects run smoothly and efficiently. As a Production Assistant, you will work alongside experienced professionals in a fast-paced and creative environment, contributing to all stages of production from pre-production to post-production.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the setup and breakdown of production equipment and sets.
• Support the production team by coordinating schedules and managing call sheets.
• Organize and maintain production materials, including scripts, props, and equipment.
• Help in the preparation of locations and ensure everything is ready for shoots.
• Liaise with crew members and talent to facilitate smooth communication and workflow.
• Monitor and facilitate the distribution of production supplies and resources.
  
  

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant coursework in film, television, or media production is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficient in using basic production equipment and software is an advantage.
