The Role
The Coaching Program Manager is responsible for turning the vision of the Limitless coaching programs into organized, well-executed experiences.
The coaching team develops the frameworks and curriculum. The Program Manager ensures those ideas become clear initiatives, structured programs, coordinated teams, and exceptional member experiences.
You will help organize the annual coaching calendar, coordinate coaches and guest experts, manage program initiatives and events and manage content development to continuously improve the systems that support optimal program delivery.
This role sits at the intersection of ideas and execution and is ideal for someone who naturally takes ownership and builds the structure required to make things happen.
What You’ll Actually Do
Turn Ideas Into Programs
- Work with the CEO and coaching team to organize the annual coaching calendar
- Translate new initiatives and program ideas into clear project plans and timelines
- Coordinate the launch and delivery of new programs and lessons
- Ensure key initiatives move forward and reach completion
Organize the Coaching Experience
- Coordinate lesson planning, program materials, and learning resources
- Ensure program content stays aligned across events, sessions, and digital platforms
- Maintain program organization across learning platforms and the member community
- Ensure members experience seamless delivery across all program touchpoints
- Oversee event execution to deliver world-class coaching experience.
Coordinate Coaches and Speakers
- Coordinate lesson planning, program materials, and learning resources
- Facilitate Manage scheduling, preparation, and communication with coaches and guest faculty
- Facilitate speaker preparation and alignment with program objective
- Coordinate logistics across coaching sessions and events
Manage Delivery Systems
- Manage timelines, deliverables, and dependencies across initiatives
- Organize program systems across Asana, Airtable, and member platforms
- Improve workflows and systems that support program execution
Elevate the Member Experience
- Monitor engagement, feedback, and program outcomes
- Identify ways to strengthen the member journey and learning experience
- Maintain the high standards that define the Limitless brand

The Skills Needed
- 5–7 years of program management, project management, or operational management experience in similar environment
- Proven ability to manage complex initiatives with multiple moving parts
- Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving ability
- Ability to translate ideas into structured plans and execution
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Comfort working in a fast-moving entrepreneurial environment
- Proficiency with tools such as Asana, Airtable, CRM systems, and digital platforms

Compensation & Benefits
Limitless values and rewards high-performers who contribute to our client and business success. As a high-growth company, your compensation will match your contribution every step of the way.
For the right Total compensation of $100,000 with base salary $80,000-$95,000 up to 20% bonuses, benefits allowance, flexible-remote schedule, and 4 weeks PTO (to start).

Salary : $80,000 - $95,000
