We are seeking an organized, motivated, and detail-oriented Accounting Manager to support financial close operations and improve accounting processes within a fast-paced and dynamic environment. This role focuses on ensuring accurate financial reporting, maintaining strong internal controls, and driving continuous improvement across accounting functions.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes. Oversee daily accounting operations and ensure compliance with internal controls and policies. Review account reconciliations, journal entries, and financial reports for accuracy and completeness. Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in accordance with US GAAP. Perform analytical reviews of financial results and investigate variances. Support internal and external audit processes and ensure timely response to audit requests. Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance efficiency and solve operational challenges.
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role (5 years preferred). Experience in Big 4 firms or public companies is highly preferred. Strong knowledge of US GAAP and financial reporting standards. Advanced Excel skills and ability to perform manual calculations. Proven experience managing accounting close processes. Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. CPA is preferred. Experience with NetSuite and BlackLine is a plus.
