About the Role
Limitless Acquisitions is seeking an Entry-Level Marketing Associate to support client marketing campaigns, brand awareness, and customer acquisition efforts.
This is an in-person, customer-facing position.
No previous marketing experience is required. Paid training is provided to help new team members develop product knowledge, customer engagement techniques, communication skills, and an understanding of client campaigns.
What You’ll Do
- Engage directly with customers at partnered retail locations
- Represent client brands, products, and services professionally
- Support brand awareness and customer acquisition initiatives
- Maintain accurate knowledge of client products and promotions
- Work with team members toward individual and campaign performance goals
- Participate in ongoing training focused on marketing, customer service, brand representation, and professional communication
- Follow client brand guidelines and company standards
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable engaging with customers face-to-face
- Professional, dependable, and goal-oriented
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to learn, receive feedback, and apply coaching
- Interest in developing skills in marketing, customer service, communications, or brand representation
Previous marketing, retail, hospitality, or customer service experience is helpful but not required.

Schedule & Work Environment
This is an in-person position based in the East Hartford, Connecticut area. Marketing Associates work primarily at partnered retail locations and may also participate in office-based training, meetings, and team development.
