The ideal candidate will be focused on the fine details of elevated service with a passion to make emotional connections with guests and work with a team in the art of hospitality.
Bartenders are responsible for executing the drink menu to spec and creating an enjoyable environment for all guests.
Responsibilities include:
- Guest focused presents a service minded attitude
- Explaining our menu and offering recommendations
- Executing the drink menu with consistency and accuracy
- Possess a good understanding of wine and spirits.
- Enthusiastic about the art of mixology.
- Navigating the Point of Sale system
- Entertaining and engaging guests
- Maintaining a safe and pristine environment
- Provide a polished, personalized guest experience
- And most importantly, building positive relationships with our guests that keep them coming back.
