Who You Are…
As Payroll Administrator, you are responsible for supporting the timely and accurate preparation of branch payroll. This role also executes a variety of business-related support tasks, in order to facilitate the effective and efficient operation of both the corporate and business unit payroll teams.

This position will be required on-site full time in Rosemount, MN.
Some examples of the work you might do includes:
- Reviews, enters and/or updates payroll-related information for field employees, and performs union reporting, if applicable.
- Reviews and enters timesheets for field employees, and processes payroll, including weekly payroll checks, direct deposits, and layoff checks, as needed.
- Coordinates and processes new hire and employee change paperwork, including E-Verify and tracking of Paid Time Off (PTO) for field employees.
- Assists with ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulatory reporting requirements, and internal control policies.
What You Need…
- Associate’s degree or higher in a related field, OR 2 years of payroll related job experience (without a degree).
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Google Suite products.
- Ability to communicate effectively (both verbally and in writing) with diverse audiences.
- Must be detail oriented and able to handle competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical, research, and organizational skills.
- Ability to travel up to 5% of the time.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience and/or working knowledge of Viewpoint Vista.
- Experience and/or working knowledge of UKG.
- Prior experience in a similar (construction) industry.
Salary : $65,000 - $80,000
