The internship will be structured around a summer project deliverable which will create an opportunity for this Individual to add value to our business.

Duties And Responsibilities
- Organize and assign daily appraisal service requests
- Assist the construction management pre-close team with daily tasks
- Ensure despartment service level agreements are met
- Interact with third party appraisal vendors about performance levels and scheduling
- Document departmental reporting
- Assist department with AMC Audits
- Recruit & onboard direct engage appraiser
- Facilitate appraisal ordering
- Experience using an appraisal management program
- Email communication and business communication
- Intricacies of real estate transactions and budget review
- Excel
- Bachelor’s degree or currently pursuing degree in Real Estate, Business, Construction Management, or related field.
- Motivated self-starter who seeks to create value without constant direction.
- Embraces feedback.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Location: Onsite in Greenville, SC

- Duration: 11 weeks - Monday, May 18th to Friday, July 31st, 2026
- Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm
- Pay: All our interns are paid for the work they perform, hourly rate dependent on position
