We are hiring for both a full-time lead teacher as well as and full-time and part-time assistant teachers.
Lead Teacher: We are seeking a Lead Teacher to join our team. The hours for this position are approximately 8:00-4:00 or 8:45-5:15 M-F. Candidates must have documented experience teaching preschool, and be able to provide 3 professional references. Please inform us of your preferred age group, as our school has children infants-PreK. Assistant Teacher: We are seeking Assistant Teachers to join our team. The hours for this position are approximately 8:45-5:15 M-F or 2:45-5:45 M-F. As an Assistant Teacher, the expectation is to assist in the follow tasks:

You will play a key role in providing a nurturing and educational environment for young children. You will be responsible for creating lesson plans, designing and implementing age-appropriate activities, and fostering the social, emotional, and cognitive development of each child, parent communications, child assessments, and assisting in the training and supervision of assistant preschool teachers.
```Responsibilities```
- Designs and implement lesson plans that align with the curriculum and promote the physical, social, emotional, and cognitive development of preschool-aged children
- Create a safe and inclusive learning environment that encourages exploration, creativity, and positive interactions
- Provide individualized attention and support to each child based on their unique needs and abilities
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment, ensuring the safety and well-being of all children
- Establish positive relationships with parents or guardians through regular communication and parent-teacher conferences

To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Previous experience working with preschool-aged children in a daycare or educational setting
- Knowledge of childhood development principles and best practices
- Strong classroom management skills to create a structured learning environment
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles and abilities
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents or guardians, and colleagues
