Job Overview>
Join our dynamic team as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), where you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality behavioral therapy and support to individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder. As a BCBA, you will develop, implement, and oversee individualized treatment plans that promote meaningful progress and independence. Your expertise will help transform lives through evidence-based practices, compassionate patient care, and collaborative teamwork. - Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and diagnostic evaluations to determine client needs and develop tailored intervention strategies.
- Design, implement, and supervise behavior intervention plans based on applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles to promote skill acquisition and reduce maladaptive behaviors.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data meticulously to monitor progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
- Provide direct behavioral therapy sessions to children and adults with autism and other developmental disabilities, ensuring patient safety and engagement.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care plans and facilitate consistent implementation across settings.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation, records, and reports in compliance with HIPAA regulations to ensure confidentiality and legal standards are met.
- Conduct intake assessments and ongoing patient evaluations to inform treatment goals and measure outcomes effectively.
- Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or eligible for certification; current certification is preferred.
- Proven experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities, especially autism spectrum disorder.
- Strong knowledge of behavioral therapy techniques, applied behavior analysis (ABA), and special education practices.
- Experience with data collection methods, patient assessment procedures, and medical documentation standards.
- Familiarity with medical terminology, HIPAA regulations, and maintaining secure medical records.
- Ability to perform diagnostic evaluations, intake assessments, and patient care activities with compassion and professionalism.
