The Opportunity
We are currently seeking a motivated and skilled Maintenance Assistant
What You Will Do
- Perform routine maintenance of facility mechanical systems
- Perform preventative maintenance practice and maintain all aspects of the building and site in excellent repair and working order
- Prioritize and complete work orders in TELS
- Maintain life safety compliance per CMS regulations
- Support survey readiness and ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations
- Duties as assigned
What You Must Have
- Experience in drywall, taping, painting, and proficient with the use of power tools
- NFPA knowledge and experience preferred
- Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and general building maintenance is a plus
- Availability to respond to emergency maintenance needs as required
