Raphael’s Gathering Place is looking for an experienced Line Cook who can thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen. We are searching for someone who works with urgency, stays organized under pressure, and takes pride in every plate that leaves the kitchen.
This is not an entry-level position. Applicants must have at least 2 years of experience working on a busy restaurant line.

Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
- Work multiple stations as needed
- Handle high-volume lunch and dinner service
- Keep your station stocked, clean, and organized
- Follow portioning and presentation standards
- Communicate with the kitchen team to keep ticket times moving
- Assist with prep, setup, breakdown, and cleaning
- Maintain consistency on every plate
