We are looking for a part-time or full-time Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of Lili’s Alterations! In this role, you will provide top-tier customer service to our loyal community, ensuring every client leaves with a smile. Key Responsibilities
- Customer Experience: Warmly greet customers, answer phone calls, and assist with order drop-offs and pick-ups.
- Order Management: Accurately record customer info and garment details to create invoices and keep the front desk organized.
- Payment Processing: Securely handle cash, check, and credit card payments, and balance the register at the end of your shift.
- Proactive Outreach: Make friendly outbound calls to remind clients when their beautiful, completed orders are ready for pickup.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of customer service experience (preferred, but a great attitude matters most!).
- Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone.
- Strong basic computer skills for data entry and printing invoices.
- Comfortable handling payments and making accurate change.
- Highly dependable, punctual, and organized.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, and remain active on your feet for extended periods (up to 8 hours per shift).
- Comfortable lifting and hanging garment bags and organizing completed clothing orders.
