What are the responsibilities and job description for the Optometric Technician position at Lili Lam OD & Associates PA?
We are looking for an optometric technician to help with greeting patients upon checking in/out and pre-screening patients. Other duties will include answering the phone, scheduling appointments, insurance authorizations, billing, scanning patient charts and other clerical duties. Strong communication skills, detail-oriented, punctuality and positive attitude required. At least a high school diploma is required. Previous experience a bonus but not required.
