Retail Operations Lead

We’re looking for a Retail Operations Lead on the West Coast to lead and scale retail performance as we grow our West Coast presence. This role is responsible for ensuring every store operates at the highest standards while driving the successful launch of new products and revenue-generating initiatives. There are opportunities for significant growth in this role as we continue to scale the business.

You will oversee retail teams, build scalable operational systems, and own the end-to-end execution of programs that improve store performance and customer experience.

What You’ll Do

• Lead operations across all retail locations to ensure consistent execution and high standards.
• Own retail execution for all new product releases and seasonal launches.
• Develop and maintain operational standards, processes, and playbooks for stores.
• Manage and develop store leadership teams.
• Lead end-to-end rollout of new retail initiatives designed to grow revenue.
• Partner with marketing, product, and supply chain teams to execute launches successfully.
• Analyze retail performance, identify opportunities to improve sales and efficiency and execute/iterate on action items.

What We’re Looking For

• MUST HAVE 2 years of multi-location retail operations experience.
• Proven ability to execute product launches in a retail environment.
• Exceptional leadership and team development skills.
• Highly organized with strong operational discipline.
• Data-driven mindset with a focus on improving retail performance.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
