Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Los Angeles Metropolitan Area for a New Store Construction Project Manager. In this role, you will oversee the planning, coordination, and implementation of new store construction projects. Responsibilities include managing budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships, ensuring projects adhere to predefined standards and are completed on schedule. The Project Manager will liaise with contractors, monitor construction progress, and produce regular updates and reports for the management team.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Construction Project Management and Construction Management
- Previous experience in retail or commercial construction projects is a MUST
- Experience in Project Coordination and overseeing multiple stakeholders
- Strong skills in Budgeting and financial planning for construction projects
- Proficiency in Project Management tools and methodologies
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities
- Effective communication and leadership skills to work with diverse teams
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field preferred
- Ability to work on-site in the Los Angeles Metropolitan Area travel around the West Coast
Salary : $90,000 - $105,000
