Join our vibrant early childhood education team as a Childcare Teacher (Closing shift: 10-6:30 pm) for Toddlers and 3-year-olds (2 separate positions) ! Responsibilities

• Lead classroom activities that promote literacy education, social-emotional growth, and physical development for toddlers and preschoolers.
• Implement curriculum development strategies tailored to early childhood education standards and individual student needs.
• Manage classroom routines efficiently, including lesson planning, behavior management, and classroom organization to ensure a safe and stimulating environment.
• Support children with special education needs or those requiring early intervention services by adapting activities and providing appropriate support.
• Communicate effectively with parents and team members about daily progress, behavioral observations, and developmental milestones.
• Oversee classroom safety protocols, including child welfare practices and emergency procedures during closing hours.
• Assist with classroom cleanup, material organization, and preparation for the next day’s activities to maintain an inviting learning space.

Requirements

• Prior experience working with children in a preschool or daycare setting, with familiarity in classroom management and lesson planning.
• Knowledge of childhood development principles, behavior management techniques, and early intervention strategies.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with colleagues, families, and specialists effectively.
• Background in early childhood education or related fields such as Montessori or preschool teaching certifications preferred.
• Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude; flexibility is essential.
• Experience with curriculum development that includes literacy education, math concepts, physical education, and classroom activities tailored for toddlers and 3-year-olds.
