As the team’s Project Coordinator, you’ll keep everything running smoothly for Likewize’s ERP system implementation project — from documentation control, vendor coordination, governance routines, and overall day-to-day operational activities. Your Key Areas of Focus
- Program Administration & Documentation
- Maintain core program artifacts, documentation, and access management across tools and SharePoint
- Track action items and work progress through Azure DevOps, partnering with owners to keep things moving
- Keep documentation organized, current, and easy to find
- Vendor Coordination & Support
- Coordinate with vendor PMs on resourcing, onboarding, and role changes
- Track vendor assignments and support smooth onboarding into program routines
- Compile monthly vendor invoices and supporting documentation for budget processes
- Governance & Reporting Support
- Prepare polished materials for governance forums (Weekly Status, CCB, ARB, Steering Committee)
- Consolidate cross‑functional updates into clear, concise status reporting
- Support meeting logistics including scheduling, agendas, notes, and follow‑ups
- 1 year of experience in project coordination, PMO operations, or administrative project support (we’ll also consider relevant internship experience if you’re a recent college graduate!)
- Highly organized and detail‑oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through
- A strong communicator who’s comfortable partnering with cross‑functional stakeholders
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools (Excel, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Teams)
- Experience supporting technology or ERP programs
- Familiarity with our favorite project management tools including DevOps and Jira
