In this role, you’ll get your hands on a variety of tasks to keep warehouse operations efficient and successful — from receiving inbound shipments, inspecting electronic devices, and routing outbound orders. Our Flower Mound distribution center is located on Lakeside Parkway in the DFW Trade Center, offering easy access to major highways as well as a 10-minute commute to Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport. We take pride in the onsite amenities we provide for our distribution center team — including a climate-controlled work environment, a beverage station with coffee, tea, and filtered ice & water, multiple vending machines for convenient dining options, and personal lockers for storing personal belongings.
What This Role Is All About
Likewize is looking for a Production Associate to join our distribution center in Flower Mound, Texas. In this role, you’ll get your hands on a variety of tasks to keep warehouse operations efficient and successful — from receiving inbound shipments, inspecting electronic devices, and routing outbound orders. The right candidate will be willing to follow detailed instructions and adhere to high safety standards and procedures.
Your Key Areas of Focus
- Identify carrier labels and customer RMA (Return Material Authorization) numbers.
- Inspect electronic devices to determine condition and verify factory reset capability.
- Route devices based on criteria outlined in work instructions.
- Perform tasks specific to each assigned production job.
- Troubleshoot using standardized methods in routine scenarios.
- Follow verbal and written instructions accurately
- Proficiency using computers, including navigation between programs and use of peripherals such as a mouse, keyboard, and barcode scanner.
- Ability to work across multiple systems and multitask effectively.
- Ability to power up smart devices following a scripted test process.
- Strong reading comprehension and ability to follow detailed instructions.
- Effective verbal communication skills.
- Adaptability to changing processes and environments.
- Ability to follow company policies and procedures.
- Occasionally required to walk, reach, and use hands for handling tools or controls.
- Must be able to lift/move up to 30 pounds occasionally.
- Requires close vision and ability to adjust focus.
- Ability to stand, and/or walk for up to 10 hours per day.
- May involve crawling, squatting, climbing, twisting, bending, stooping, pushing, or pulling.
- Must be able to distinguish colors and communicate clearly.
- Primarily warehouse-based with exposure to dust, forklift traffic, and mechanical parts.
- PPE must be worn for extended periods of time
