Job Description:

What This Role Is All About

Likewize is searching for an Associate Product Manager to join our team at our global Headquarters in Southlake, TX.

Are you ready to shape innovative solutions and lead transformative projects in a fast-paced environment? Join us as an Associate Product Manager and make an impact by driving global product innovation and delivering exceptional customer value. In this role, you’ll design, develop, and manage activities within our global product platform, driving new features, products, and services. You’ll collaborate across functions to identify opportunities, refine capabilities, and oversee the entire product lifecycle. This role is the perfect move for someone ready to elevate their product management career with a growth-oriented global company.

Your Key Areas of Focus

  • Partnering with global stakeholders to shape and deliver a product roadmap aligned to business goals.
  • Translating ideas into clear requirements — features, user stories, and acceptance criteria that teams can rally around.
  • Advancing the delivery of AI-powered products and solutions used by millions.
  • Driving high‑quality releases by leading UAT and ensuring features are launch‑ready.
  • Working in an Agile environment by refining priorities, managing risks, and keeping milestones on track.
  • Owning and prioritizing the sprint backlog, balancing stakeholder input with team capacity and impact.
  • Collaborating cross‑functionally (design, engineering, analytics, enablement) to turn insights into measurable customer outcomes.
  • Tracking post‑launch performance and industry trends to inform smarter, future‑focused product decisions.

What We’re Looking For

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field that sets you up for success in this role.
  • 1–3 years of experience in product management or IT strategy implementation, with a hands‑on, get‑things‑done mindset.
  • Comfortable navigating modern software and web technologies; experience with tools like JIRA, Figma, Visio, SQL, and similar favorites in the product toolbox.
  • Experience working in an Agile environment and teaming up across functions to ship great work.
  • Exposure to AI‑driven products or features, paired with curiosity about using AI to tackle real customer problems.
  • Strong storytelling and communication skills — you’re able to engage, influence, and bring ideas to life for both technical and non‑technical audiences.
  • Analytical, collaborative, and excited to bring fresh ideas that spark problem‑solving and continuous improvement.

Extra Skills We’d Love To See

  • Experience tinkering with or helping build AI‑powered tools (bonus points for curiosity and creative problem‑solving).
  • Exposure to mobile app products — whether improving features, shaping experiences, or collaborating with mobile teams.
