Social Media Manager and Content Creator

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager & Content Creator to elevate our brand’s online presence. This role involves developing engaging content, managing social media platforms, and implementing digital marketing strategies to connect with our target audience. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of social media management, Hoot Suite or Sprout Social, content creation, and analytics tools to drive brand awareness and engagement across various channels. Ad campaigns and SEO is a plus!

Duties

• Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with brand goals.
• Create, curate, and schedule compelling content across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok using tools like Hootsuite and Buffer.
• Design visually appealing graphics and videos utilizing Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) for posts, ads, and campaigns.
• Conduct keyword research and SEO optimization to improve content visibility.
• Monitor social listening tools to track brand mentions, industry trends, and customer feedback.
• Manage paid advertising campaigns including Facebook Advertising to increase reach and engagement.
• Analyze web analytics and social media metrics using Google Analytics and web analytics tools to measure campaign performance.
• Engage with followers through relationship management techniques to foster community growth.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on branding initiatives and public relations efforts.
• Proofread all content for accuracy, tone, and consistency before publication.
• Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, platform updates, and best practices in social media marketing.

Skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Creative Suite, and video editing software.
• Experience with social media management platforms such as Hootsuite and Buffer.
• Strong graphic design skills with an eye for branding consistency.
• Knowledge of SEO best practices, keyword research, and web analytics tools like Google Analytics.
• Expertise in social listening tools and social media marketing strategies.
• Ability to create engaging multimedia content including photography and video editing.
• Familiarity with Facebook Advertising and E-commerce integration strategies.
• Excellent proofreading skills with attention to detail in content creation.
• Strong relationship management skills for community engagement across diverse audiences.
• Understanding of public relations principles as they relate to digital campaigns. Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
