About the Role
EyePromise is building a modern, practitioner-led growth engine grounded in science, credibility, and trust.
The Creator & Social Proof Manager sits within the Creator & Medical Credibility Pod and reports to the Head of Marketing. This role is responsible for building organic brand storytelling, creator-driven credibility, and compliant social proof at scale.
This role will lead core brand and product level storytelling, helping to build brand through cohesive, actionable master assets that accelerates channel level growth.
This role will also own how we show up organically—translating medical authority, practitioner advocacy, and real customer outcomes into compelling content that builds trust and fuels growth across channels.
You will create a steady engine of reusable, high-quality content that supports both brand building and performance marketing.

Key Responsibilities
Brand, Product & Campaign Playbooks
- Own development and ongoing optimization of action‑oriented brand and product playbooks that define how the brand shows up in the market
- Create campaign playbooks tied to seasonal and contextually relevant moments that drive incremental growth
Organic Content & Social Strategy
- Own organic content strategy and social calendars across priority platforms
- Translate medically credible topics into compelling educational, storytelling, and product-driven content
- Ensure consistent brand voice, tone, and messaging across all organic channels
Creator & Social Proof Development
- Build, manage, and scale a vetted network of creators, practitioners, and brand ambassadors
- Source, qualify, and activate creators aligned with brand standards and compliance requirements
- Capture and deploy testimonials, doctor POVs, and patient stories to strengthen social proof
Content Production & Asset Development
- Lead content capture at key events, trade shows, and practitioner activations
- Develop modular, reusable content for organic, paid, and lifecycle marketing
- Build and maintain a centralized, well-organized content library accessible across teams
Social Channel Ownership
- Own day-to-day management of organic social channels, including posting, engagement, and community interaction
- Drive audience growth and engagement while maintaining compliance standards
- Monitor performance and optimize content based on engagement, reach, and resonance
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner closely with Medical to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Support Growth with approved assets for paid amplification
- Collaborate with ECP/Activation teams to capture and repurpose event-based content
- Work with CX & CLV to integrate social proof into lifecycle journeys
Performance Tracking & Optimization
- Track and report on organic performance, content output, and creator contribution
- Measure the impact of social proof on downstream outcomes (conversion, retention, trust signals)
- Share insights and continuously refine content strategy based on performance data

Qualifications
- 5-7 years experience in social media, content, or creator marketing roles
- Experience building and managing creator/influencer programs
- Strong content instincts with ability to translate complex/medical topics into engaging content
- Experience managing organic social channels and content calendars
- Understanding of compliance considerations in healthcare or regulated industries preferred
- Strong organizational skills to manage content pipelines and asset libraries
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, build-and-scale environment
Preferred
- Experience working with practitioner-led or healthcare brands
- Familiarity with tools for content management, social scheduling, and analytics
- Experience capturing content at live events or in-field activations
- Ability to connect content performance to business outcomes (conversion, retention)
