The coordinator serves as the "face of the brand" in the field, connecting practices, providers, and marketing strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Referral Relationship Development
- Visit assigned dental offices following a structured weekly route (15-20 offices/week).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dentists, office managers, and care teams.
- Present the practice's services, providers, and differentiators.
- Identify, research, and onboard new referring offices.
- Gather and communicate referral experience feedback and growth opportunities.
Territory Management & Reporting
- Plan and optimize weekly territory routes to maximize impact.
- Track all visits, notes, follow-ups, and referral activity.
- Monitor referral trends and address at-risk or declining referral sources.
- Provide regular reports on field activity, insights, wins, and challenges.
Event Marketing & Outreach
- Identify and support marketing opportunities such as Lunch & Learns, CE events, open houses, and community events.
- Lead event development, execution, and provider participation.
- Execute events on-site and lead post-event follow-up.
- Track event engagement and correlate activity to referral growth.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with operations, marketing, and practice leadership to improve referral experience.
- Share field insights to inform marketing strategy and provider outreach.
Success Metrics (KPIs)
- Number of offices visited and relationships maintained
- New referring offices opened
- Referral volume growth (MoM / YoY)
- Event attendance, engagement, and referral conversion
- CRM data completeness and follow-up execution
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 2 years of experience in customer service, marketing, sales, hospitality, or a people-facing role
- Strong relationship builder with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Comfortable in a field-based, performance-driven role
- Organized, self-motivated, and able to manage territory independently
- Experience in healthcare, dental, medical sales, or field marketing preferred
- Professional presence and strong brand representation skills
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally on a weekly basis
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Healthcare, or a related field preferred but not required
