Position Overview
The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for driving consistent client referrals, increasing program enrollment, and strengthening EYPC’s presence in the community and healthcare systems. This role is not just outreach—it is strategic, data-driven marketing with clear expectations tied to results.
The Marketing Coordinator will actively build relationships with referral sources, execute targeted marketing campaigns, and ensure that all efforts lead to measurable client growth across services (IIH, MHSS, Outpatient, IOP/PHP, and Crisis Services).
This position works closely with executive leadership and clinical teams to align marketing strategies with organizational growth goals.

Key Responsibilities
1. Client Acquisition & Referral Development
- Develop and maintain active referral relationships with:
- Hospitals & Emergency Departments
- Schools & School Counselors
- Probation Officers & Court Systems
- DSS, FAPT Teams, and Case Managers
- Community organizations and shelters
- Conduct weekly in-person and virtual outreach visits
- Create and execute referral conversion strategies
- Ensure follow-up with all referral sources within 24–48 hours
2. Strategic Marketing Execution
- Implement marketing strategies aligned with EYPC growth goals
- Launch campaigns targeting:
- Mental health services (IIH, MHSS, Outpatient)
- Substance use programs (IOP/PHP)
- Crisis and stabilization services
- Develop clear messaging:
- “Same Week Assessments Available”
- “Medicaid Accepted”
- “Court & Probation Referrals Welcome”
3. Community Engagement & Brand Presence
- Plan and execute community events, workshops, and outreach initiatives
- Represent EYPC at:
- Job fairs
- School events
- Resource fairs
- Build partnerships that produce consistent referrals—not just visibility
4. Digital Marketing & Lead Generation
- Manage and execute:
- Social media campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, community groups)
- Email outreach campaigns
- Online referral engagement strategies
- Track engagement and convert leads into scheduled assessments
5. Data Tracking & Performance Accountability
- Track and report weekly:
- of referrals received
- of referrals converted to clients
- of outreach contacts made
- of active partnerships
- Maintain a referral tracking system
- Analyze which sources produce the highest ROI
6. Reporting & Strategy Meetings
- Submit weekly marketing reports to leadership
- Participate in weekly strategy meetings focused on:
- Referral growth
- Barriers to conversion
- Action planning for improvement
7. Marketing Materials & Branding
- Develop and maintain:
- Flyers, brochures, and referral packets
- Ensure all materials are:
- Professional
- Compliant with Medicaid/DMAS guidelines
- Aligned with EYPC branding
Performance Expectations (NON-NEGOTIABLE METRICS)
- Minimum 15–25 outreach contacts per week
- Minimum 5–10 new referral relationships per month
- Demonstrated increase in referrals month-over-month
- Active contribution to filling:
- IOP/PHP groups (8–10 clients per group)
- IIH & MHSS caseloads
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Public Relations, or related field
- 2 years of experience in:
- Healthcare marketing
- Behavioral health or human services (preferred)
- Proven ability to generate leads and convert clients
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
