Manager of Residential Services
Lightshare Behavioral Wellness & Recovery
Lightshare Behavioral Wellness & Recovery is seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager of Residential Services to lead and oversee our residential treatment programs, including Mothers & Infants, Choices, Crossroads, Pathways, Seasons, and CORT, along with Jail Diversion and in-jail screening services.
This leadership role is critical in bridging community-based residential treatment with the criminal justice system, ensuring continuity of care for justice-involved individuals.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide operational leadership and oversight for all residential programs
- Supervise, coach, and develop clinical and program staff to ensure consistent, high-quality care
- Implement best practice models to enhance service delivery and program outcomes
- Ensure compliance with all contractual, regulatory, and reporting requirements
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with community stakeholders, agencies, and families
- Oversee Jail Diversion programming, including in-jail screenings and assessments
- Collaborate with law enforcement, courts, and correctional staff to facilitate appropriate diversion placements
- Monitor program performance, track outcomes, and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in a human services field preferred
- Minimum of five (5) years of clinical direct service experience
- Prior experience in correctional or justice-involved settings strongly preferred
- Strong leadership, supervisory, and interpersonal skills
- Expertise in substance use and mental health treatment practices
- Knowledge of criminal justice processes, diversion programs, and jail-based services
- Familiarity with Florida statutes, including Baker Act and Marchman Act
- Ability to conduct clinical screenings and assessments in correctional environments
