Position: NetSuite Developer
Position reports directly to: Chief Information Officer
Location: Remote
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: $100,000 - $130,000 Yearly
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced NetSuite Developer to join our team as a full-time, in-house technical expert responsible for developing, customizing, integrating, and maintaining our NetSuite ERP platform. This role partners closely with Management to ensure NetSuite supports business processes efficiently and scales with company growth.
Key Responsibilities
NetSuite Development & Customization:
- Design, develop, and maintain Suite Script (2.x) solutions
- Build and customize scripts, user event scripts, scheduled scripts, and RESTlets
- Develop custom records, fields, and forms
Integrations & Data Management:
- Develop and support integrations using REST, SOAP, and middleware tools
- Maintain data integrity across NetSuite and external systems (CRM, e-commerce, etc.)
System Optimization & Support:
- Troubleshoot and resolve NetSuite performance, scripting, and functional issues
- Optimize existing customizations for performance and scalability
- Provide technical documentation and knowledge transfer
Collaboration & Governance:
- Work closely across all aspects of the business
- Understand each functional use area of NetSuite as utilized by the users
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Follow NetSuite best practices, release management, and change control
- Participate in NetSuite upgrades, testing, and sandbox deployments
Requirements
- 3 years of hands-on NetSuite development experience
- Strong proficiency in Suite Script 2.x (JavaScript)
- Experience with NetSuite ERP modules (Financials, Order Management, Inventory, etc.)
- Strong understanding of NetSuite data model and architecture
- Experience with NetSuite integrations and APIs
- Ability to debug scripts and analyze logs effectively
- NetSuite certifications (Suite Cloud Developer)

Other Qualifications
- Experience with Suite Analytics / SuiteQL
- Exposure to e-commerce, CRM, EDI
- Prior experience in a full-time, internal ERP support role
