What You’ll Do
- Provide frontline user support (TMS, SME support, process monitoring)
- Monitor processes - imaging, email administration, software integrations, and RPA
- Oversee equipment lifecycle: laptops, phones, office hardware, inventory & issuance
- Coordinate equipment troubleshooting and replacement with IT vendor
- Support testing for upgrades, enhancements, and automation rollouts
- Create and maintain technical documentation, training materials, videos and other resources.
- Strengthen your SQL querying and reporting skillset with senior application administrator mentorship
