🚦 Traffic Signal Technicians – Construction & Maintenance

Lighting Maintenance Inc. (LMI) is on the move – and Norfolk is our next big chapter! We’re expanding our Traffic Signal Division and looking for skilled Traffic Signal Technicians to join our growing team.

What You’ll Do
- Install, maintain, and repair traffic signals, controllers, and LED lighting systems
- Perform construction and maintenance on intersections, roadway signals, and related infrastructure
- Troubleshoot and solve real-world electrical and signal challenges
- Work with a team that takes pride in safety, craftsmanship, and innovation
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in traffic signal construction and/or maintenance
- IMSA certifications (Level I or II) a huge plus – but we’ll help the right people get there
- CDL license or willingness to obtain
- A strong safety mindset and a team-first attitude
