Position Overview
We’re looking for driven individuals who want to launch a sales career in the logistics industry. As an Entry Level Sales Representative, you’ll learn how to build customer relationships, coordinate shipments, negotiate pricing, and manage freight from start to finish. You don’t need previous experience—our paid training program will teach you the fundamentals of both sales and logistics.

Your Responsibilities
- Participate in a structured 16-week sales and logistics training program
- Support senior team members with customer needs, carrier sourcing, and daily communication
- Learn to prospect new business through outbound calls and outreach
- Practice negotiation skills to secure competitive pricing
- Manage shipments to ensure smooth pickup and delivery
- Build and maintain strong customer and carrier relationships
- Meet activity and performance goals to become commission-eligible
- Troubleshoot challenges quickly and provide solutions for customers
