Youth Services Operations Supervisor

This isn’t your average management role. You’ll be the go-to leader helping youth workers create safe, structured, and supportive environments for young people ages 0–18. Every day brings something different — coaching staff, solving problems on the fly, supporting youth programs, and making sure operations run smoothly behind the scenes.

What You’ll Actually Be Doing
- Leading and supporting a team of youth workers across residential programs
- Hiring, onboarding, training, and developing staff
- Coaching employees through challenges and celebrating wins
- Creating schedules and keeping daily operations running efficiently
- Reviewing documentation and ensuring compliance standards are met
- Jumping into problem-solving mode when unexpected situations arise
- Helping maintain safe, supportive, trauma-informed environments
- Participating in on-call rotations and helping cover urgent staffing needs
- Organizing team meetings that keep everyone informed and connected
- Supporting youth, families, and staff with professionalism and empathy

The Environment
This role takes place in residential youth settings including shelters, group homes, and detention facilities. It’s hands-on, active, and sometimes unpredictable. Some days are deeply rewarding. Some days are challenging. Every day matters.
Important Details
- Full-time schedule: Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM
- Some evenings, weekends, or holidays may occasionally be needed
- Local travel required
- Must be comfortable transporting clients when necessary
- This is an in-person essential role (no remote option)

Qualifications:Required Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Two (2) years of experience in youth services or residential care.
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in human services or equivalent.
- 6 months of proven supervisory experience.
Additional Eligibility Qualifications:
1. CPR/First Aid/AED certified.
Salary : $21 - $32
