Role Description
Lighthouse Technologies is hiring a Field Coordinator to support daily operations by monitoring technician routes, communicating with clients and customers, and assisting the Operations Manager. This is a work-from-home position, Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM.
Responsibilities
- Review and optimize technician routes
- Monitor routes and adjust jobs as needed
- Communicate with clients, technicians, and customers
- Process suspended work orders
- Provide phone support
- Generate daily reports
Requirements
- Dispatch and/or cable industry experience preferred
- Strong customer service, organization, and data entry skills
- Microsoft Office, including Excel
- Administrative experience preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must pass background check and drug screen
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
