As part of the leadership team you will be responsible for the planning, implementation and evaluation of resident care and recruiting, coaching, and leading the wellness team to deliver the LHEC high standard of resident care. Caring disposition with at least 2 years of progressing responsibility and LPN or RN license required. - Participates in pre-admissions assessments for potential residents.
- Recruiting, coaching, and leading the wellness team to deliver the LHEC high standard of resident care.
- Maintains compliance to all personnel policies, established community policies and procedures.
- Assists residents in scheduling medical, dental and laboratory appointments.
- Assists physician with resident examination, transcribes physician's orders
- Supports and maintains harmonious relations and communicates with family, visitors and all members of the Health Team.
- Responsible for the planning, implementation and evaluation of Nursing care provided on the shift.
- Promotes and participates in the education of staff, team member, resident and family.
