Teaching Assistant

Job Description/Requirements:
- The Teaching Assistant is responsible for maintaining a safe, nurturing setting in which our students can thrive, working in collaboration with our interdisciplinary team
- This is a 10-month (school year) position that follows Massachusetts schools’ vacations and holidays. Part-time and full-time positions are available
- We are looking for positive, energetic, and flexible applicants that can complement Lighthouse’s amazing culture. Patience, strong communication skills, and a good sense of humor are strongly recommended
- High School or equivalent diploma is required, an Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred
