Job Description/Requirements:
- The Crisis Intervention Counselor is responsible for maintaining the highest standards of safety utilizing clinical, behavioral and physical intervention services
- We are looking for positive, energetic, and flexible applicants who can complement Lighthouse’s amazing culture
- This is a 10-month (school year) position that follows Massachusetts schools’ vacations and holidays. Hours are Mon-Fri 8:25-5:00
- Patience, strong communication skills, and a good sense of humor are strongly recommended to be successful in this role
- Bachelor’s degree required
Salary : $43,000 - $50,000
