Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in dining areas, kitchens, and service stations.
- Assist with bussing tables and ensuring prompt service to guests.
- Empty trash and spot sweep floor in restaurant and bar
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and needs effectively.
- Complete assigned set up, side work, and closing duties
- Adhere to food handling guidelines and maintain proper sanitation practices.
- Assist in catering events as needed, ensuring all aspects of service meet high standards.
Experience
- Previous experience in the food industry, particularly in restaurants or catering services, is preferred.
- Familiarity with cleaning procedures and kitchen operations is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
- A background in hospitality or hotel services is a plus.
