THE COMPENSATION
$90,000 GUARANTEED BASE SALARY
You have the security of knowing your base compensation won't fall below $90K.
30% OF YOUR COLLECTIONS

We believe that when you help the practice grow, you should participate financially in that growth.
Our compensation model pays you 30% of your collections, giving high-performing clinicians meaningful earning potential rather than locking you into a traditional fixed PT salary.
$8,000 SIGN-ON BONUS
We're looking for the right person and are willing to invest in bringing them onto our team.
50% OF YOUR MEDICAL INSURANCE PREMIUM PAID
Lighthouse covers 50% of the employee's medical insurance premium.

Performance-based compensation shouldn't mean wondering what your paycheck will look like. Your $90,000 base provides stability while the collections model provides upside.
You'll receive direct mentorship.
Work directly with Dr. Ryan Zumwalt on clinical development, patient communication, leadership, and—if you're interested—the business side of private practice.
You won't practice on an island.
You'll work alongside a multidisciplinary team including PTs, PTAs, athletic trainers, massage therapists, and strength professionals.
You'll have room to practice the way you were trained to practice.
You'll have access to a full basketball court, indoor turf, Blood Flow Restriction, DorsaVi movement analysis, M-Trigger biofeedback, 40-Watt Laser, Shockwave Therapy, and more.

The Role
You'll evaluate and treat orthopedic and sports medicine patients, develop individualized evidence-based treatment plans, collaborate with our multidisciplinary team, educate patients, track outcomes, and build meaningful relationships with the people you treat.
We're looking for someone who wants ownership over their patient care while also being part of a team that holds each other to a high standard.
Requirements
- Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program
- Washington PT license or eligibility for licensure
- Strong communication skills
- Interest in orthopedic and/or sports physical therapy
- Desire to learn and improve
- Team-first mentality
New graduates and experienced PTs are both encouraged to apply.
