About the Role
The ideal candidate has pelvic floor physical therapy experience and training, strong clinical skills, and a genuine desire to partner with patients throughout their recovery. We welcome therapists who are confident treating a variety of conditions in addition to pelvic floor conditions and eager to continue learning in a team-oriented practice.
Responsibilities
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on each patient’s needs and goals
- Provide skilled physical therapy services in an outpatient setting
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed
- Educate patients and families on exercises, movement strategies, and home programs
- Communicate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care
- Build strong, collaborative relationships with patients and the care team
Qualifications
- Doctorate or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution
- Current Idaho license, or eligibility for licensure, as a Physical Therapist
- Current CPR certification
- Experience in pelvic floor physical therapy preferred
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Passion for helping patients achieve meaningful goals
