- Manage classroom behavior effectively using positive reinforcement techniques.
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student progress and classroom activities.
- Conduct standardized testing as required to assess student development and learning outcomes.
- Collaborate with other educators to ensure a cohesive approach to early childhood education.
- Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in early childhood education.
Requirements
- Experience in curriculum development for preschool or daycare settings is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with Montessori principles or private school teaching methods is a plus.
