JOB SUMMARY:
The HR Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support for HR operations. Responsible for maintenance of employee record administration, department invoice reconciliation, recruitment prescreening, and front-line employee inquiries. Coordinates employee events and provides support as needed for quarterly board meetings.
Qualifications:
REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES/KNOWLEDGE:
- Prior knowledge of principles and practices of human resources preferred.
- Analytical and detail oriented.
- Excellent communication skills at all levels.
- Intermediate to advance knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- High school Diploma or equivalent.
- 3 years of administrative experience.
