EDUCATION And EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 10 years of experience in marketing intelligence, analytics, or strategy, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Experience in the optical fiber and connectivity solutions industry is highly preferred.
- Proven track record of leveraging data to drive global marketing strategies.
- Expertise in marketing analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Google Analytics) and CRM systems.
- Strong understanding of global markets and cultural nuances.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and change management skills.
- Ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive results in a matrix organization.
Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and implement a global business intelligence framework aligned with business objectives.
- Partner with regional marketing teams to ensure consistent data-driven strategies across markets.
- Monitor mega trends, global market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
- Deliver actionable insights to support product positioning, pricing strategies, product developments and go-to-market plans.
- Oversee the collection, integration, and analysis of data from multiple sources (CRM, social media, market research, etc.).
- Participate in international conferences, exhibitions, seminars, and other events to gather market information and build connections with external parties.
- Create dashboards and reports for executive leadership to inform strategic decisions.
- Lead global customer segmentation and behavioral analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Translate insights into targeted marketing strategies and personalized campaigns.
- Participate in customer visits or quarterly business reviews (QBRs) to gather firsthand market intelligence.
- Work closely with Product, Sales, R&D, and Finance teams to align intelligence with business priorities.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership and global stakeholders.
