What You’ll Do
As Director, you will:
- Create exceptional relationships that drive retention and referrals by delivering a true WOW experience to families, staff, and children
- Build enrollment and community presence through local marketing, open houses, and outreach efforts
- Lead center tours and guide families through the Lightbridge enrollment process
- Foster a warm, positive, and engaging learning environment for everyone in your Circle of Care
- Ensure consistent implementation of the Lightbridge Academy program and Seedlings curriculum
- Handle confidential matters with professionalism and discretion
- Inspire, mentor, and coach team members to reach their full potential
- Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of children and staff
- Maintain compliance with Lightbridge Academy policies, procedures, and state licensing regulations
- Lead regular staff meetings and trainings
- Oversee recruiting and hiring for your center
- Monitor financial performance and key operational metrics
- Complete a minimum of 20 hours of ongoing professional development annually
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Education)
- Minimum of two years of experience as a Center Director
- Minimum of two years of management experience
- Strong leadership, time management, and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Solid financial and business acumen
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
