Job Summary
Our dental office in Reseda is looking to add a reliable and motivated Dental Assistant to our team for 1–2 days per week, with an immediate start available. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced dental setting and is confident supporting a wide range of dental services.
Key Duties
- Provide chairside assistance to the dentist during exams and dental treatments
- Set up, break down, and sanitize chairs before and after patients
- Clean, sterilize, and organize dental instruments and equipment
- Capture diagnostic dental X-rays
- Guide patients on oral hygiene practices, post-treatment instructions, and recommended care
- Assist with impressions, temporary restorations, and basic lab-related tasks
- Maintain accurate clinical notes and assist with charting in patient records
Qualifications
- Proficient in taking dental X-rays
- Bilingual in Spanish is highly preferred
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
