What are the responsibilities and job description for the Warehouse Manager position at Light You Up?
- Strong organization skills to keep the Warehouse clean, orderly, and easy to navigate.
- Able to keep trucks stocked with the correct tools, materials, and supplies for each day’s jobs.
- Comfortable tracking inventory and notifying management before supplies run low.
- Able to load and unload trucks, check returned equipment, and put materials in their designated locations.
- Willing to inspect tools and equipment and report damage, missing items, or maintenance needs.
- Able to follow job lists and prepare materials accurately so crews can leave on time.
- Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, with assistance when needed.
- Comfortable working in a pole barn and outdoors in changing temperatures.
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently.
- Strong attention to detail and clear communication with management and crews.
- Reliable transportation and availability before crews head out.
- Previous warehouse, inventory, or equipment management experience is a plus.
